Outfitter is a curated app store for your new (or newly reformatted) computer. It installs everything through your operating system's own trusted package manager — winget on Windows, Homebrew on Mac, Flatpak on Linux — so nothing ever comes from a mystery download site. Outfitter never hosts installers; it just knows where the real ones live.
A hand-picked shelf of the apps people actually want — browsers, chat, games, dev tools, AI tools — with real descriptions and real logos. No ads, no bundleware, no ★★★★★ lookalikes.
Every app shows exactly where it comes from — "via winget · VideoLAN.VLC" — and community-maintained packages are labeled as such. You always know what you're installing.
Outfitter checks its own releases and updates in place with one click, verified with cryptographic signatures before anything runs.
Sign in to save links and apps you want on your next machine. Set up a new computer by opening Outfitter and pressing install.
An account saves your links and app wishlist so they follow you to every machine. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS — Outfitter never sees your password.
You can also send feedback from inside the app — sidebar → Feedback. Bug reports from the app attach diagnostics automatically.
